The Memphis Grizzlies (English: Memphis Grizzlies) are an NBA basketball team located in Memphis, Tennessee, USA. They belong to the Southwest Division of the West and their home stadium is FedEx Plaza. The current head coach is Taylor Jenkins.
In 1995, the team was founded in Vancouver and named Vancouver Grizzlies. It was the second non-American NBA team (the first was the Toronto Raptors). In 2001, the team moved to Memphis, USA, and was renamed the current Memphis Grizzlies. After that, the only non-U.S. NBA teams left were the Toronto Raptors.
